What Causes Heavy And Irregular Menstrual Bleeding?

Hey I am 50 year old lady I had my periods after two month gap They were heavy But after 2 days I again got them and this time they were much heavier I had transamin tablet 500 mg but that did not have notable effect Then I took it thrice a day before that I was taking it twice a day I had my ultrasound it was clear But my doctor says it s age factor !! I had this experience of having periods TWICE a month for the first time Please help me !!

As per my clinical experience, at the age of 50 you are having pre-menopausal symptoms which also include heavy and irregular menses. This issue usually takes a period of 4-6 months to settle down and needs supportive care only.
