Hi

If your period is not delayed and you get it on time, then pregnancy should be ruled out. But if you do experience a delay, pregnancy can be suspected but not confirmed yet. Hormonal fluctuations can also cause all the symptoms you are experiencing so do not worry about it. Visit a doctor and request for a hormonal check, and also list all possible factors that can cause menstrual irregularities like medication, stress, unusual weight gain or loss, infections, etc.

Best wishes.
