What Causes Heavy And Quick Heart Beat?

Quick Q, I have been having a problem for awhile where i can feel my heart beating very heavily, quickly. Also at times when i get up from a prone or sitting position, when i take a step i get a weird tingling that radiates from my trunk down my extremities. Should this be a cause for concern?

I would like to tell you that your symptoms can be due to heart rhythm disorder which may require further evaluation to avoid any fatal episode.

Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography, and Holter (ambulatory ECG) for 48 hours and consult a Cardiologist personally for a physical evaluation.
