What Causes Heavy Bleeding After Abortion?
hi i had an abortion 4 weeks ago, i was told the other week i had hematometra, after severe bleeding. they done evacuation last tuesday to remove blood, i barely bleed after. however 6 days later the bleeding started and its getting very very heavy again. its now day 8 and getting worse, is this normal. thanks

I really appreciate your concern, such bleeding per vagina would be matter of concern, particularly after surgical intervention because it may be due to some residual part, trauma, menses it self, such bleeding really demands the investigations, till then have complete bed rest, some time hemostatic agent can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
