What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Bulging Veins On Hand?

I am experiencing pain in my hand veins and they are bulging out. Just been discharge from hospital where I undergo a hysterscopy and is prescribed esmya tablets to shrink fibroids. Am currently experiencing heavy bleeding with clots soaking up maternity pads. changing one every hour.
