What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Clotting, Back Pain With Alternative Week Periods?

I am 45 year old female. I been having heavy bleeding during my periods I have my period every other week with big blood clots and pain on my lower back and on my right side in the front in August it was so bad I was bleeding every single day with lots of pain I am feeling very week and tier.
