What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Clotting With Lower Abdominal And Back Pain?

Hi I have been discharged from hospital yesterday after bleeding very heavily and having many blood clots. My scan showed that the myometrium tissue is coarse and demonstrates areas of echogenicty. What diagnose would you come to from this? I suffer with chronic lower abdominal pain and lower back pain.
