What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Spotting During Periods?

Hi , my fiance and I are have been trying to conceive. I got my period on 6-7-15, which lasted approx 4 days, then I spotted for two days, 6/20-6/21, it felt like a period, cramping, etc, but not heavy bleeding. Since then, I have not had any bleeding, what could be the case? I took a pregnancy test last week, negative. I went off birth control in february, and my normal cycle is 30-31 days, but since coming off the pill its been about 21 or 22 days since, April 2015. Please help, What is going on? I have not had my period yet

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Intermittent spotting with cramps what you experienced could be an implantation bleed.
Once of the signs of pregnancy is missed periods.
Wait for another week and get your urine pregnancy test done. If it comes positive, then it says you are pregnant.
In case your periods are still delayed, get your blood checked for HCG levels and get an Trans-vaginal Ultrasound scan (TVS) done to note the status.
Kindly seek help from Gynecologist with the report for proper advise.
