What Causes Heavy Bleeding Between Periods?

Hi, I had spottng between periods for several months, had a D&C in december (all histology came back normal). Yet, this period (second one after D&C) I have much heavier bleeding. It started about 10 days ago, and my period is due tomorrow. Discharge is heavy and brown with some blood.



Any suggestions?
