General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Following is my reply:
1. You will have to get an ultrasound scan done to diagnose why there is so much bleeding that is not controlled with primolut.
2. There is a possibility of fibroid or polyp in the uterus which is causing such bleeding which has to be identified. Hence please get an ultrasound scan done soon.
3. Please send an ultrasound scan which will help me to identify the problem and advice you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
