What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Clots?

Hi my lmp was 29thmay, when I didn t get periods did upt at home and found it positive so used mifegest kit. I took oral tablet on 14july n 4 vaginal after 48 hours. There was heavy bleeding with clots for almost 5-6 hours but now it is diminishing almost negligible. What should I expect now.it s done it not yet .

I really appreciate your concern, if the medicine taken for abortion then it may not be complete abortion and to rule this out better to get done the ultrasonography test, it is the matter that need to be taken seriously hope this information helps.
