General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Following is my reply:
1) First, get a transvaginal ultrasound scan to check the endometrial thickness and if it is hypertrophied.
2) In my patients, if bleeding does not subside, I prescribe tranexamic acid tablets for my patients who bleed like this that too first time. You can wait for another 2 days and if bleeding continues, get the above medicine prescribed by your doctor which should reduce your bleeding.
3) There is unlikely to be any major problem or reason to worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
