What Causes Heavy Breathing, Palpitations And Abdominal Clenching?
My boyfriend sometimes gets really heavy breathing, racing heart, and his stomach clenches over and over. This usually happens under emotional corcumstances. Also, I was on the phone with him and he would fall over every time he tried to sit up, start breathing really hard, and he said he felt tingly and numb. This happened about 3 times before he was actually able to get up and stay up. This was also preceded by a very emotional event. What could be wrong? Should he go see a doctor?
