What Causes Heavy Chest,pressure In Neck Veins And Dizziness?

Hi hows it going. I dont exactly know whats wrong with me..but the pulse on each side of my neck feels pressure, heavy-chest/chest caving in type of feeling, almost dizziness, headache, back pain, both arms(mostly left) get tingles and numb. What could this be?

Welcome to Healthcaremagic

See your symptoms are suggestive of either a Heart problem or Due to nerve compression in the neck region . Of these the heart issue could be of more concern . So I advise you to get a TMT and 2D ECHO done and revert back to me .

If it comes normal then we can plan for some tests for Neck Nerve compression ( Cervical Radiculopathy )
