What Causes Heavy Clear Vaginal Discharge?

Hi im married 36year old we just had our 5th baby 18months ago. My periods have been heavy and regular. Last night I got up in the middle of the night because I thought I was going to bleed through my pad. When I stood up I had a rush of clear liquid come out of my vagina. I know it wasn t pee (definitely came out the vag). Now I m just spotting. What is this? Should I be worried? The dr is closed till tomorrow should I go to er?

Hi
I understand your concerns. If its clear vaginal discharge then it can be an infection which is collected either in your vagina or uterus. You need to get a culture of the discharge and start treatment accordingly. You can wait till tomorrow to go to your doctor as it does not look like an emergency.
