What Causes Heavy Feeling And Itchiness In The Left Breast After Treating Abscess?

I had a abscess that came back a staphylococcus lugunesis on my left breast. After two different antibiotics and two shots a week of the incision draining I seemed to be doing well. However today the breast seems to feel heavy and feels like I have pulled something. This evening have been itching. Should I be concerned or is this part of the healing process?
