What Causes Heavy Feeling In Stomach And Frequent Diarrhea?

I am feeling heavyness in the Stomach in the night and passing frequent loose motions. I am a Diabetic Hypertensive Patient taking OLMAT-40, (OD) GLIZID-M-80, Janumet 50/500(both BD)and Rablet 20(OD) in the Morning Empty stomach. Kindly advise why I feel the Acidity symptoms in the Night and I am frequently going to Latrine for loose motions.

Hi there,
I would suggest you consult gastroenterologist. If there is relief of the symptoms of abdominal distension and bloating after passing stools, it might suggest inflammatory bowel disease. You might be advised to get an endoscopy done if your consultant asks for it. Continue your regular medications and visit gastroenterologist at the earliest for further management.
