What Causes Heavy Feeling On Upper Inner Arm And Discoloration?

my left leg has a heavy feeling and my upper inner arm is turning a blue color. recently i was in the hospital due to mixing liquid comet and household bleach cleaner. the heaviness in the leg gets worse each day; however today is the first day i have noticed the blue on the inside of my upper arm. Do you have any idea what this could mean?
