What Causes Heavy Headedness With Extreme Giddiness After Using Tryptomer?

i am having tryptomer50 mg for the past 20 days now.i am feeling very heavy on my head and extreme giddiness.my head pains too.i am very scared cos i always feel tht am gng to collapse.my bp is 120/80 and i do smoke.wts the problem?are these the side effects of the medication?
