What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Cramps After A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on September 20, 2015 and every since then my menstrual cycle has not been the same it has became heavier and the cramping is very intense..what would be the reason fr that? Should my periods be normal not being that it was nearly 3 month ago?

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the miscarriage and everything is out or taken out then it is nothing to worry for irregular menses, and if this is not the sonography done or confirmed the residual part of foetus whether it is there or not then better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps.
