What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding With Back Pain Post Treatment For Ovarian Cancer?
Hello doctor my child was a ovarian cancer case but now the treat her she take all her kemp and she is much better Aldo she have to take one tablet a day for five years :?Any how my main question is that she is bleeding heavily every month and she went back to her doctor where he do some test and he told her that she have fluid in her uterus and she is bleeding and have a lot of back pain . Today her husband took her to Long Island hospital and the run more test and still see she have water in her uterus . She have to see her oncology on Tuesday My main concern is why the doctor didn t give her Iv or blood is there a reason she is 38 yrs old we can afford can u please not give me a answer
As per my clinical experience, consideration of IV fluid or blood product is matter of clinical decision in terms of low blood pressure, low hematocrit and others. The cause of heavy menses may be changes in uterine endothelium as estrogen level alteration or else. In my clinic, I do favor the biopsy of uterine endometrium for further guidelines of cure and management.
