What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding With Headaches And Odor?

hi,i'm 41 years old an having a lot of "bad " periods lately,including very heavy bleeding,pain,headaches an foul smelling menstrual bleeding.i'm also extremely angry an annoyed for no reason.none of this is normal for me.its been happening about 4 months now
