What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?
I ve had my tubes tied in 2004 when I had my 3rd child I ve had my period every month since but the last couple of months like 3 to 4 months have been really heavy and last week I felt movement like a baby and it s even more active around 3 and 4 o clock in the morning took pregnancy test came back negative now I m scared it maybe some kinda of cancer or tumor

Hi, I think you can be having gastritis and bloating. You can take some antacids. If you are suspecting pregnancy, you can go for a ultrasound. But it is very unlikely to be pregnant if test is negative.
