General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should do further investigations for your case. Thyroid problem, polyp, ovarian cause, endometriosis, fibroid like cause can present with such symptoms.

Your pelvic examination and pelvic ultrasound need to be done for primary work up.

Underlying cause-specific treatment should be a priority.

I suggest you consult a gynaecologist for an examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
