What Causes Heavy Menstrual Period,back Pain And Frequent Urination?

I had a tubal ligation 6 years ago, and I was having strange symptoms my breasts hurt really bad frequent urination, Iwas like something wrong I can t be pregnant, my period was off by two days and when it came it was excessive no cramps like I normally would get and, my lower back was killing me, so I went to a gynecologist he prescribed birth control and naproxen, but told me to take a pregnancy test, even tho he did and ultrasound, international and abdominal, so im concerned y would he ask me to check if im pregnant aren t yo supposed to be able to tell that on an ultrasound or sonogram, and today I woke up all soaked thinking damn my period nope it was clear and no scent so it was urine, what is going on with me ....
