What Causes Heavy Menstruation Along With Dizziness?

I have been having a lot of issues the past two weeks I have been feeling dizzy light headed feel like I am going to faint all the time. I have had heavy periods for over a year and I recently noticed that the color of my vagina turned white. I went to the E.R last weekend and it was discovered that I have a small fibroid tumor and the doctor doesn t feel that this is causing my symptoms.

Hi, I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels. These disorders can also cause heavy bleeding. Also do a hemoglobin level as low hemoglobin can cause dizziness. You can take some hormonal treatment for heavy periods and also Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
