What Causes Heavy Nose Bleeding?

I have had a pe in late 2010 and was treated til here a few months ago, I have been having alot of aches like in my bones and I have now had a few random nose bleeds from my left nostril. The blood is a dark red and seems thin, it bleeds heavily and I'm just a little curious as to what might be going on.

It might be a septal spur. Get a ct pns done and send me the films. Also get a complete hemogram done.
