What Causes Heavy Palpitations, Dizzy Spells, Hot Flushes And Nausea?

I am a 40 yo male and over the last few days have been having dizzy spells and going through hot and cold flushes, often with heavy perspiration as well.
I feel slightly nauseous, still have a healthy appetite though and going to the toilet regularly.

Hello,

You have not informed whether you have had any disorder like High Blood Sugar, Blood pressure, alcohol or substance over-indulgence etc.

If not, these symptoms may be due to a variety of reasons. But, closest to your symptoms is pre-syncope which occurs usually due to certain disorders of heart rhythm.

So, a thourough cliinical examination and lab investigation which should include Haemoglobin, Blood Sugar, Liver Function Test, an ECG (and may be a Holter) is what is initially required.

See a good physician nearest to you early.

Best wishes.
