What Causes Heavy Period, Pelvic Pain, Stomach Bloating And Nausea?

Hi. I am on the birth control pill. My period came thursday, it satrted heavy, then friday it was very light, by friday night there was nothing, no spotting or anything. Saturday was a little spotting. Sunday a little blood. Starting sunday night, I have lower-back pains, I am bloated, pain in pelvic area and a little naseaus. What does this mean?

Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a hormonal imbalance. But I recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound in order to exclude possible ovarian cysts or uterine fibromyoma.
