What Causes Heavy Periods And Abdominal Pain After Taking Petogen ?

hi im 22 years and have been using petogen (3 months injection) for almost 2 years now.er taking its been a year since i got my periods. i recently been having sharp pains in my abdomen and yesterday i started my periods after a very long time. the flow is heavy and the pains are unbearable.

Premenstrual symptoms can be there. Endometriosis is another diagnosis to rule out. Ultrasound is our primary investigation and further check-up will guide you accordingly.
