What Causes Heavy Periods And Stomach Cramps After Uterus Surgery?

Hi, I'm 32 I just had surgery to have polups removed and i just started my period a few days after my surgery. I'm really cramping and bleeding bad. Another thing is i have subsersol fibroids which or not suppose to cause pain or bleeding, please tell me what to do. Is this normal?
