What Causes Heavy Periods With Stomach Cramps?

Hey, I have been on sprinted the last three months and I was curious as to if there was a possibility I could be pregnant. I was sick and on antivirals and did not take my birth control pills for two days. I had unprotected sex at the time so I freaked out. However I had a really heavy period for two days and now I am having cramps with thick clear discharge and light red spotting. Could that indicate implantation? Or is it not possible because I had a heavy flow first

Implantaion bleeding will be very minimal. yours is not due to Implantaion . It could be from hormonal variations.
