What Causes Heavy Periods,sickness And Pain?

hi i have a rte side bulky ovarie measuring 17 cc the left is 7,9 i also have what they think is a cist wit blood in it measuring 5.2 they are operating in march and have told me they may have to open me up and remove things as they cant be sure what it is? ive been having loads of different things goin on with me eg, pain , sickness really heavy periods im getting really worried about it all now? please help
