What Causes Heavy Sweating & Weakness During Night?
I was feeling very weak, shaking horribly and sweating very badly but my blood sugar read 84. I was better after drinking juice. I get this way at night as well. I wake up very sweaty. my pillow, sheets and hair soaked Heart pounding. What on earth is going on?

If you are diabetic and your blood sugar readings normally run high then even the reading is not significantly low, it may be lower than your body recognises.
This would cause the hypoglycemic symptoms that you experienced.
