General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. You should go to the gynecologist imediately for detailed evaluation of the situation. He will determine the causes of the bleeding and will give you the treatment. An ultrasound needs to be done to see if baby is alive. Maybe tocolitics need to be used to stop contractions.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if yes, vote helpful.
Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
