What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Depo Provera Shot?

Hi good day I took a depot provera shot 150 mg for prolong bleeding due to endometrios prior to that I used the tablet 10mg but it just slow it down and now with the shot I find the bleeding little heavy flow with it us it normal for this to happen as the first or if their something I could use with it to stop the bleeding I got the provera shot two days now thanks very much for your response

Hi,

The Provera start working within 24 hours.
The endothelial lining has started to shed so you will bleed for 2-3 days and the bleeding will stop from Provera action.
I think you should have no bleeding tomorrow.
