What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Along With Vomiting Before Menstruation?

I had sex on the 29th of last month and about a week after I began to feel pregnant. I know my body very well and I began to noticed changes in myself. I was eating everything and feeling very tired all the time and my boobs were SO sore and bigger. I had ended my period 3 days before I had sex. I ALWAYS get my period on the 23rd or 22nd of every month. It s the 15th of the month and I started bleeding today. The flow is heavy and seems normal. I felt like I was going to vomit about an hour after I started bleeding. Could I be pregnant?

I have gone through Your query and will try to provide information you need on it

Usual date of your monthly period is 22nd or 23rd and you are having heavy bleeding right away a week before on 15th as you said,
implantation bleeding is usually brownish or pinkish bloody discharge or spotting and it is never heavy

if you are having very mild bleeding or spotting along with other symptoms of pregnancy you may be pregnant but you should wait until you miss your date to perform a Home pregnancy test

and if you are having heavy and unusual bleeding than you should consult with your gynecologist immediately to rule out any other underlying medical condition
