What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Despite Taking Medroxyprogesterone?
Hi my fiance went to ER about a week ago from a heavy bleeding period and they said she had a lot of blood on her uterus and gave her a hormone pill called Medroxyprogesteron 10 my tabs for ten days nutshell started to bleed heavy again today with slot of clotting mixed in she not in pain just bleeding what should I do

She should consider an ultrasound of the pelvis to take a look at the uterus.
This would determine if there is any structural reason such as fibroids for the excessive bleeding.
If no structural causes can be found then blood tests for hormonal levels should be needed.
