What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding, Dizziness And Frequent Urination When Diagnosed With Endometriosis?

I have endometriosis, I just had two very heavy periods only 10 days apart, I have been feeling lightheaded, sick and dizzy since my last period, which ended about 2/3 days ago. I am urinating far more than usual, not drinking more fluid though it s extremely bright yellow. I have pain and discomfort in my lower stomach. This feels different to the usual pain and discomfort associated with the endometriosis. Any advice please?

Endometriosis is when normal tissue of inside of uterus is found at abnormal place like outside the uterus.The main two complications of this disease are pain and infertility.Disturbed Bowel habits or IBS is also associated in same cases.different medications are given for the symptoms of the disease like for pain,heavy mensuration or diarrhea/constipation associated with IBS.
The dizziness or lightheadedness you are feeling must be due to anaemia as you have bleeded heavily in one month.Start taking supplements containing iron and folic acid.Eat properly and have plenty of fluids.
For pain Warm baths and a heating pad can help relax pelvic muscles, reducing cramping and pain.A Nsaid like naproxen sodium ibuprofen are also prescribed painkiller.regular exercise are also of help to reduce symptoms.
