There is nothing to concern.

Bleeding in the first trimester is not always a problem.
It may be caused by:

Having sex
An infection
The fertilized egg implanting in the uterus
Hormonal changes

More serious causes of first-trimester bleeding include:

A miscarriage,
An ectopic pregnancy
A molar pregnancy

You have to concern only when you have continuous heavy vaginal bleeding with cramping or dizziness.
At this time you have to immediately consult your doctor to find out what caused your bleeding.

Most of the time, the treatment for bleeding is rest.
Although, it is important to have check up to your doctor today and have testing done to find the exact cause of your bleeding.

All the best. Take care.
