What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Inspite Of Using Gynaset?

I suffering heavy bleeding . I consult the dr she priscribed me gynacet tablets I missed my dose. from then I got heavy bleeding then dr priscribed me gynacet tab but not stopping me heavy bleeding and blood clots pls give a suugession to me sir/madam

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of this, is matter of concern it may be due to age menopause, hormone changes, if the bleeding is too heavy then it can be symptomatically managed with hemostatic drugs but it need to be given with great care, second hormone therapy is the correct way of management, have complete bed rest, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
