What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While Having Uterine Fibroids?

I was just recently diagnosed with fibroids ive been bleeding light to heavy for 12 to 13 days now and im passing VERY large clots ive been bleeding so long that now i think my reg cycle has started and i usually have cramps so bad they make me sick and today ive been feeling a little more pain than i have been and i was wondering what you would recommend i take

Hi, I think you should take some medicines like Tranexamic acid along with mefenamic acid to stop the bleeding. If it doesn't work, then you can take high doses progesterone to stop it. If you are having heavy bleeding everytime, you can take hormonal treatment or may undergo a myomectomy.
