Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

For which condition did you take cytotec pills? Did you have taken it after consulting gynecologist or not?
As of now it is only used for gynecological purposes only.

It usually causes heavy bleeding as well as spastic contraction of uterus which are painful.
If bleeding is not stopping in 24 hours my advice is to consult gynecologist for pelvic examination and USG.

I also advice not to take this pills without doctor's advice.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Hiren
