General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Gnac CVP doesnot control bleeding but it reduces the after effects of bleeding.
Usually a course of progesterone is adviced for menorrhagia due to endometrial thickening.Have you been prescribed with such course? You need to visit gynaecologist for that.
Options like endometrial ablation, hysterectomy may be considered for those in whom no further childbearing is desired.
Hope this information helps.
thanks.
