General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The vaginal bleeding associated with nausea and headache are due to monthly periods. Sometimes, this is common in some patients due to hormonal imbalance. However, if you find it is altering your quality of life, then, should consult with gynecologist as might require further diagnostic tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
