What Causes Heavy Vaginal Discharge And Painful Intercourse?

I have thick white more of cheesy type pf vaginal discharge . I also get pain during intercourse . I fear if its any infection . Same discharge occur when i mastrubate too . Also i have acne around my chest and back region . What is the cause of all this and how can it be cured . I dont have swelling in vaginal region and there is not much discharge normally only when i have sex this happens . I had undergone an abortion one year ago and i use trapic tablets during periods too .

Thick white cheesy vaginal discharge with pain during intercourse indicates you have vaginal candidiasis,a kind of pelvic inflammatory disease.It can also be transmitted sexually.

If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Vaginal tab clotrimazole suppository for 3-5 days.
-maintain genital hygiene
-Local hydrocortisone ointment for itching.
-Simultaneous treatment of partner is important if he have any such symptoms.Insist for using condom during sexual intercourse.Better to avoid sex till treatment is complete.

If the condition doesnot improve in 3 days,visit to gynaecologist is necessary.
Microscopy and culture of vaginal discharge will be needed to rule out other organism causing sexually transmitted diseases.This includes gonorrhea,donovanosis.
If needed,oral antifungals like fluconazole or oral antibiotics like cipro will be started for 7-10 days depending on results of the tests.
