What Causes Heavy Vaginal Discharge With Traces Of Blood In It?

I Noticed i have had a heavy vaginal discharges 2 months ago..which is bloody stained at first and then became yellowish and odorous... I ve seen a gynecologist and been checked.. Papsmear was.done and i was prescribed with doxycyclin, clindamycin and cefixime for 2wks.. The odorous discharge was gone but i niticed there s still white odorless discharges that i can see sometimes especially when i defecate... My papsmear says severe inflammation and cocoid 3..what does it mean? I was prescribed to take another twice a day if clindamycin for 2 weeks.. And wasn t able to finish the treatment course and still bothered about the white odorless discharge.. Can u help me with this? Thanks... Im 22 and not pregnant... Only have one and first sexual partner..
