What Causes Heavy White Discharge With Pain In The Pelvis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 34 weeks pregnant and have had a heavy white discharge and wet feeling for two days with increased weight and pressure on my pelvis and quite alot of pain in my pelvis is this normal?

HI,
I understand your concern.
heavy white discharge with pain in pelvis you have seems to be due to pelvic inflammation. It's not normal.
You need internal examination by a gynecologist ,followed by a vaginal swab test for microscopic study & culture & sensitivity. This will decide the causative organism. Along with effective antibiotic.
A specific course of medicines ( both local / oral/ injectable will be offered. Many a times treatment is given to both sex partners.
