What Causes Heel Pain And Numbness In The Foot?

It started with pain in my heel and tenderness and numbness in the bottom of my left foot for over a month now. I have for the last week have pain and tenderness in my left shin and calf and tenderness and discomfort in my left buttock. I starting to experience fatigue and tingling and short sharp pain throughout my body and some numbness in both hand and fingers
