What Causes Hematemesis In The Morning?
Dear Doc, my now ex-boyfriend was cheating on me. Some mornings when he woke up he would spit a large amount of fresh bright red blood. There wouldn't be any other blood in his mouth or on his spit the rest of the day. Could this be a symptom of an STD? Thanks
